Cancellation Policy

• All shades, curtains, and hardware are custom-made to your order, so all sales are final.
• You have 24 hours after placing your order to request a change or cancellation (size, color, material, or your contact & shipping info).
• After 24 hours, orders cannot be changed or cancelled, as production has begun.
• Swatch orders cannot be cancelled, even within the 24-hour window.
• Once an order ships, we'll email you the carrier name and tracking number.
